Here's How To Bake The BBQ Beef Ribs:

BBQ Beef Ribs can be baked or boiled -before the grill
Boiling is quick but it drains the flavor.. Choose Baking!

-Place beef ribs curve side down on tinfoil on top of a pan with edges (to prohibit drip in oven)
-before placing in often wrap twice with tin foil loosely all the way around ribs
-Place in preheated oven at 225 degrees on top rack

Bake 3 hours, now take out to check by opening tin foil. Ribs should be becoming loose. Cover again.

Bake 3 1/2 more hours.

That's right, 6 1/2 hours total! We are cooking fall off the bone beef ribs here!!

Now how to make the BBQ rib sauce!!

Sauce ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire
1/4 cup orange juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey

Mix together in bowl for later. Now go watch a movie till your ribs are done baking!

Now Time For The BBQ Grill Part!

-Take out, place curve side down on slightly preheated oiled grill.

-Close grill and Let temp rise to 300 degrees. Once it does, open grill and flip ribs.
-Base with sauce lightly. Close and wait for oven to reach 300 again.
-Flip ribs and base with sauce again. Close and wait for oven to reach 300 again.
-Flip ribs and based again. Close and wait for grill to reach 300 again.
-Once more! Flip Ribs and Base. Close and wait for grill to reach 300 again

Yes! This is called the 300 degree flip and base with sauce grill dance. After 3 flips, your probably good!

TIP: if sauce at any point starts to charcoal or burn, move ribs to warm part of grill to caramelize slower. The sauce is to caramelize and hold meat together. It's not suppose to burn on there!

Total Time on Grill= about six to ten minutes or so.
Total Time in Oven Before= 6 1/2 whopping hours! Yes!

Now. I like to throw some extra BBQ sauce on the side of those beef ribs in case my family and friends want a little more of that juicy BBQ sauce. They will surely come back for seconds though! Enjoy!
